Urban analysis is the most complex category of pre-project studies since it involves taking into account not only regulatory restrictions but also the creation of schemes based on information on transport, infrastructure, detailed urban plans, and other data.
Our team of urban planners takes analyzes and researches both existing conditions and future developments around the chosen site. The research includes investigating environmental hazards, sanitary setbacks, utility networks running along the site, restrictions of urban planning regulations, and an analysis of infrastructure accessibility.

If the general plan of the city shows the zoning and the overall development strategy, then a detailed urban plan is developed to show a specific area, with a size of at least 10 hectares. DUP may is required for large-scale developments both within individual parts of settlements and beyond. This document defines: the dimensions of the building according to the regulations, and town-planning regulations; the distribution and locations of social and service infrastructure; takes into account the systems of utility networks.
The development of a detailed urban plan is a complex task that involves a wide range of specialists and several approvals stages. Our specialists have experience in the development of PDPs with a scale from 10 hectares to 1240 hectares.

The Landscape Architecture Department develops drawings and visualizations for parks, gardens, streets, squares, campuses, and other private and public spaces.
The environment between buildings is no less important than the buildings themselves. The comfortable and aesthetic environment of streets and parks directly affects the local economy of the district, social capital, safety, and well-being of inhabitants. Creating communities and places where people exchange ideas is one of the main priorities of our company.
