MGS Development Announces New Phase of Edgewater Residences on Dubai Islands

MGS Development has partnered with Ayenk, a Miami-based architectural firm, to bring elegance and functionality into the property.

It has also partnered with Metropolitan Premium Properties, a part of the Metropolitan Group, for sales and marketing.

The Project Details

After nearly selling out the first two phases of Edgewater Residences, this is MGS’s third phase.

The project comprises three 12-storey towers with two podium floors featuring one-, two- and three-bedroom semi-fitted apartments with Bosch kitchen appliances. 

The project has views of the Arabian Gulf and championship golf courses from the 5th floor upward as well as a range of indoor and outdoor amenities designed for wellness, recreation and relaxation.
