The project is located in a key area of Derbent’s new resort district, adjacent to the symbolic Center of Religions. Our team developed the full design and estimate documentation (DED), covering architectural, structural, and MEP sections, with careful consideration of local climate, cultural context, and regulatory standards.
The architecture reflects a contemporary interpretation of traditional motifs. The façades feature natural stone cladding, rhythmic window patterns, ornamental balcony railings, and a decorative frieze.
The ground floors are fully dedicated to commercial spaces — a gallery with panoramic glazing that activates the street level and creates a vibrant urban environment. The project is designed to offer a comfortable and visually coherent residential setting with a well-integrated infrastructure.
