The headquarters building of a major financial institution in Atyrau was developed by INK Architects in 2022. The project encompasses the full cycle of architectural design and construction documentation (CD), ensuring compliance with national standards and high-quality technical detailing.

The building stands as a modern landmark in the urban fabric of Atyrau — a reflection of contemporary architectural language and the values of reliability and openness. The expressive, dynamic facade composition is driven by flowing horizontal ribbons and floor-to-ceiling glazing, creating a sense of transparency and movement while ensuring optimal daylighting inside the building.

Located in a high-profile district of the city, the design responds to the urban context through a welcoming ground level and an active public edge. The headquarters combines administrative and client functions within a single volume, with an emphasis on ergonomic spatial planning and efficient circulation.

The complex structure is based on a monolithic reinforced concrete frame with a deep foundation system, adapted to the local soil conditions. The irregular shape of the plot influenced the organic layout and facade rhythm, contributing to the overall sculptural quality of the building.

Special attention was paid to the development of working documentation (CD) — including detailed facade sections, structural nodes, material specifications, and systems coordination. The architectural solution harmoniously integrates the interior with the exterior through the use of double-height spaces, panoramic glazing, and terrace zones for public and semi-private use.

The project exemplifies the synthesis of form and function, where architecture is not only a visual statement but also an optimized and buildable solution — balancing aesthetics, constructability, and user experience.
