A proposal for the construction of a new district of Shymkent city, located in one of the most densely populated regions of the country. The complex is composed of residential, commercial and public buildings of different heights, mainly in a high-tech style, dominated by the cubo-futuristic play of the transparent, weightless glass panes on the buildings. A number of recreational areas are included in the architectural and urban plan of the district, meeting the modern requirements of residents to expand the possibilities for cultural leisure.
