The futuristic design of the Täñir residential complex, whose name translates from Turkic as "the highest divine power connected to the sky," is distinguished by its harmonious fusion with the natural landscape of the Zailiysky Alatau.
When developing the project in this unique location, we set two main objectives: to harmoniously integrate the building into the surrounding landscape and to create a space as open to nature as possible. As a result, the complex's architecture remains almost invisible, completely merging with the textures of the surrounding area.
The overall silhouette features smooth and streamlined forms, creating a light, barely noticeable texture, so as not to overwhelm the space or dominate the natural ecosystem.
