The residential complex "ALA Park" has gathered the energy of urban life, thanks to its historical location where a bus depot of the southern capital once stood. Inspired by the unhurried pace of old trams, the project concept predominantly embodies coziness and tranquility. With this aim, the ALA Park image is created with strict design principles and minimalist lines. The architectural ensemble combines buildings of varying heights, unified by a harmonious color palette, presenting an example of classical minimalism. To cultivate an atmosphere of tranquility and serenity, mini-gardens have been organized within the residential complex, allowing each resident to connect with the earth's energy and commune with nature. Moreover, to ensure safer outdoor strolls, the courtyard is fenced off from cars.
