The project introduces a new urban block with a well-developed infrastructure and a comfortable residential environment. The complex features two residential towers — 26 and 21 storeys — forming a dynamic skyline and offering panoramic views from the upper levels.
The architectural form is defined by smooth, flowing lines inspired by the petals of a royal tulip. By eliminating sharp corner sections, the design ensures efficient spatial planning, particularly for compact units, while creating a distinctive and elegant silhouette that integrates seamlessly into the surrounding urban fabric.
At podium level, commercial functions and public spaces activate pedestrian flows and enhance the vibrancy of the district. The terraced configuration adds rhythm and depth to the façades, while opening panoramic outlooks to a larger number of residents.
