The goal of the project was to create a quarter-based development with well-developed infrastructure and comfortable living conditions. The complex consists of two residential skyscrapers of varying heights—26 and 21 stories—offering picturesque views from the upper floors.
The architectural design eliminates corner sections, ensuring efficient use of space, especially for smaller apartments. The smooth, petal-like lines evoke the image of a royal tulip, symbolizing lofty aspirations and limitless possibilities while harmonizing with the surrounding architectural context.
The complex includes commercial areas and public spaces, creating a new focal point for pedestrian activity. The terraced zone structure adds dynamism and rhythm to the buildings while offering panoramic views accessible to a large number of residents.
