NEXPO GLOBAL is a residential complex concept by GROUP INK Architects located in Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan. The buildings' architectural form is inspired by the wheat stalk, an important symbol in Kazakhstan's culture.
The design organically reinterprets natural forms:
The stalk of the wheat serves as the vertical axis of each building, while the spaces between the grains form strict horizontal profiles that themselves transform into glass facade surfaces. This approach creates not only modern high-rise buildings, but also an architectural image deeply connected to cultural heritage.
The complex is integrated into the decorative urban environment, located near such important sites as the EXPO International Exhibition Pavilion, Astana Hub, and the MEGA Silk Way Shopping and Entertainment Center. NEXPO GLOBAL is more than just a residential complex; it is a new symbol of the city, combining innovation and tradition.
