The Diamond project is a multifunctional complex in Almaty, which chooses a business center and a hotel. It is created to become a new center of attraction in the city, providing a high level of working and leisure conditions.
The architectural concept of "Almaz" is based on harmony with the environment. The project takes into account the proximity to the city's "green frame" - the Esentai and Malaya Almatinka rivers. Along these rivers there is an active pedestrian infrastructure all the way to Medeo. This is part of the city's strategy to create a pedestrian frame.
The general plan of the complex provides for well-thought-out pedestrian and transport schemes that provide convenient access to parking and the interior of the premises. The layout takes into account the existing buildings and the location of Rozybakiyeva, Mogilevskaya and Radostovtsa streets, which allows the complex to fit into the area.
