This project is a modern multi-apartment residential complex located in a scenic and prestigious part of the capital—the Esil district on Mangilik El Avenue, in close proximity to the EXPO 2017 site.
The architectural ensemble consists of seven residential blocks of varying heights—9, 13, and 22 stories—creating a dynamic and expressive skyline. The buildings feature monolithic reinforced concrete frames with modern ventilated facades and stained-glass systems. Special attention has been given to resident comfort, with high ceilings of 3 meters on standard residential floors and 3.3 meters on the upper floors.
The complex is designed with a focus on family living, which is reflected in the apartment mix: nearly 92% of the units are spacious 3- and 4-room apartments. For the convenience of car owners, a spacious parking facility with 461 spaces is provided, significantly exceeding the required amount of 318.
The complex's internal territory is thoughtfully designed for recreation and leisure. More than half of the plot is dedicated to green spaces, with a total landscaping area of 10,996.1 m². The project includes extensive amenities such as children's playgrounds, sports areas, and dedicated recreation zones for residents.
