The iQanat school project is a striking example of modern, functional, and environmentally conscious architecture, developed by INK Architects. The concept is based on the idea of creating not just a building, but a holistic educational complex harmoniously integrated into Almaty's picturesque mountain landscape. The architectural design is executed in a modern minimalist style, with an emphasis on clean lines, strict geometric shapes, and open spaces. The complex consists of several interconnected volumes, creating a dynamic composition and effectively utilizing the complex terrain. The building facades are extensively glazed, providing an abundance of natural light inside and creating a visual connection between the interior and the surrounding nature. The buildings are designed to integrate with the landscape rather than dominate it, and are recessed into the hillsides, preserving the natural terrain and minimizing environmental impact. The school's layout is designed for maximum convenience and efficiency, with spaces grouped into functional blocks: classrooms, workshops, gyms, and administrative areas. The project includes specialized spaces, emphasizing a contemporary approach to education. The interiors are expected to reflect the minimalist exterior, using natural materials and a light palette to create a calm and conducive environment for learning.
