The 4YOU residential complex in the city of Shymkent, like its elder sibling in Almaty, is inspired by the spirit of 20th-century American homes. This complex is an artful blend of classic and modern elements, creating a unique and distinctive atmosphere.
The refined exterior style is reflected in the selection of high-quality facade materials, making the building a dominant feature of the area and adding a special charm and unique look to the old city center.
The complex is divided into five sectors and consists of buildings ranging from 9 to 15 stories. By using various types of cladding such as clinker brick, aluminum panels, granite, and natural stone, a rich variety of textures and shades is achieved on the building facades, emphasizing the Art Deco style.
In this project, we have successfully combined elegant architectural and landscape design with convenient and comfortable living solutions. Our goal was to create a place where beauty and practicality go hand in hand.
