At INK Architects, we believe that architecture should not only solve functional challenges but also foster an emotional connection between people and space. The Grace Garden project became an opportunity for us to create more than just a residential complex — it is an architectural statement that reflects the spirit of the time, respect for context, and a desire to harmonize the past and the future.

In developing the concept, we set out to answer a key question for modern Astana: what should residential space look like in a rapidly growing metropolis, so that it respects the urban scale while offering a sense of comfort, privacy, and individuality? In the dense fabric of the city and its fast-paced rhythm, our goal was to move away from anonymity and create architecture with character — restrained, expressive, and timeless.

Grace Garden is a dialogue between classical expressiveness and contemporary minimalism. We deliberately chose clean lines, clear proportions, and noble materials. The façade, clad in aluminum panels, is not only a visually refined choice but also a functional one: it reflects light, creates a play of shadow, emphasizes the rhythm of the structure, and ensures durability and ease of maintenance. The building’s reinforced concrete frame provides structural integrity and seismic resistance. Panoramic windows with energy-efficient double-glazed units offer sweeping views of the city and flood the interiors with natural light, establishing a pleasant indoor climate. With ceiling heights of 3.3 meters and flexible layouts, residents are free to shape their homes to suit their lifestyles — we hand over a clean architectural canvas, allowing each resident to co-author their ideal living space.

The name Grace Garden reflects the project’s core philosophy — the aspiration to create a serene inner oasis within the urban environment. A private courtyard, carefully landscaped and complete with walking paths, play areas, and rest zones, forms an intimate green setting where residents can recharge, spend time with family, or enjoy a moment of solitude. We aim to return nature to people by seamlessly integrating it into the structure of the residential complex. At the same time, privacy and security remain top priorities: cutting-edge access control systems, Face ID technology, video surveillance, and smart locks provide a sense of complete safety and peace of mind.

Grace Garden is the embodiment of our professional vision and values. We strive to design architecture that does more than frame daily life — it inspires, enhances everyday experiences, and contributes to a sustainable and aesthetically meaningful urban environment. For the INK Architects team, this project is an example of how we can communicate with the city and its people through the language of comfort, light, air, and thoughtful design.
