Multifunctional complex architectural environment design is based on the linearity and strict rhythm of the facades, as well as on the play of textures and modern materials. Each building of the district has its unique laconic facade with decorative elements - somewhere it is perforation on metal parts, and somewhere wooden panels complementing a solid architectural rhythm.
