The concept of the Central Avenue residential complex project is based on rethinking the city's historical appearance and architectural ensembles in the context of the modern transformation.

The complex is located in a picturesque foothill area. The site has a rugged terrain, which influenced the planning solutions of the residential complex. The height drop of the land lot from south to north is 14 meters. Moreover, the site has an irregular shape. Instead of the traditional rectangular block, Central Avenue adapts to the terrain. However, this works to an advantage as a distinctive block layout allows the complex to feel diverse each time a person looks at it from different parts of an adjacent street.

The complex contains residential, social, and commercial real estate objects. In addition, a 2-story business center building will provide jobs to residents of the complex within walking distance and contribute to the residential area's functional diversity.

The architects studied the iconic objects of the city and managed to reflect the cultural heritage and spirit of Almaty, carried through centuries and millennia, re-using its' historical and authentic elements. The rich diversity of ethnic elements reflected in Tengrianism harmoniously fit into reality, complementing the needs of residents according to the principles of modern urbanism.

The facade of the building is organized according to the rules of classicism; simplified classical details give the building a majestic but modern character. The accentuated proportions at the entrance to the double-height ceiling lobbies provide a memorable impression for visitors. Wide arched openings for retail are finished in gold and play in the sun.

Bay windows and setbacks in the facades help to open panoramic views. The light crown of the building with shades of Tiffany turquoise is a bright addition to the lively urban landscape. It stands out against the background of neighboring buildings in night lighting.
