The residential complex project Bravo is located on Kaldaiakova Street in Nur-Sultan. Cultural landmarks such as the Palace of Peace and Reconciliation, the Presidential Park, Independence Square, the National Museum, Hazret Sultan Mosque, the new Kazakh Drama Theater, and the Congress Hall are located near the complex.
Architects have created maximum comfort for future residents of the neighborhood. Not only functional tasks have been solved but also modern aesthetic demands have been taken into account. The project includes ergonomic layout solutions that will allow finding an apartment for every type of family. The landscape design includes well-thought-out courtyard space - safe passages, integrated parking, an exploitable podium.
Significant attention in the project development was given to the concept of architectural aesthetics, its harmonious integration into the surrounding urban environment. Thus, the complex consisting of nine residential blocks of varying heights (10-16 floors) forms a closed volumetric-spatial composition, shaping the profile of the capital's district.
The artistic solution of the architecture employs the concise simplicity of neoplasticism aesthetics. A strict linear graphic is created by an asymmetrical "lining" of the entire perimeter of the facades of the houses with cladding panels in white, gray, and ochre tones. The overall composition is accentuated only by a few fully glazed, cantilevered "screens" of balconies against the background of flat walls.
