The Hayat residential complex is being constructed on the right bank of Astana, in close proximity to the parliamentary enclave, within the block bordered by Nizhmedenov and Panfilov streets, Tauelsyzdyk Avenue, and Nurmagambetov Street.

In conceptualizing the project, alongside creating a high level of comfort in the living environment, the project's creators aimed to aesthetically interpret the functionally defined architectural forms.

Spanning an area of 1.4769 hectares, the Hayat complex consists of interconnected seven-story buildings, forming a closed space.

The complex is situated in a diverse quarter of the city, near the Presidential Park, Millennium Alley, and Independence Square. The surroundings feature such iconic landmarks as the Hazret Sultan Mosque, Independence Palace, Palace of Peace and Accord, and the National Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This location led to the development of a highly concise architectural composition.

The aesthetic appeal of the Hayat residential complex is primarily ensured by the articulation of its facades: the rhythmic projection of bay windows on some buildings, along with varying scales of window openings, articulate the planes and create a play of light and shadow on the form. Decorative elements include a variety of textures from different materials such as cladding panels, facade stone, clinker brick, stained glass windows, etc.

The project's authors, architects from INK Architects, hope that the Hayat complex will be appreciated by its residents: everything here is oriented towards people and their families. The location of the residential complex itself is a significant advantage for future residents.

In the vicinity, there are four schools, and as evident from the list above, numerous types of recreational areas and places for cultural leisure activities. Thus, without a doubt, this is one of the most prestigious districts of the city with a well-developed network of socio-cultural services.
