Brickell Lux is a 36-storey mixed-use tower in Miami, comprising 108 hotel rooms, 60 residential apartments, 12,000 ft² of commercial space, and three levels of public terraces featuring pools, restaurants, fitness areas, bars and tropical gardens.

The project integrates hospitality, residential living and active public amenities within a single vertical urban environment.

The architectural concept draws inspiration from the natural character of the southern U.S. coastline — the rhythm of ocean waves and the elemental power of water.

This imagery is translated into the building’s façade through fluid balcony lines, soft horizontal transitions and open green terraces reminiscent of hanging gardens.

Four vertical volumes of varying heights shape a distinctive silhouette and introduce a sense of movement along the tower’s entire elevation.

A combination of rhythmic horizontal bands, panoramic glazing and landscaped voids establishes Brickell Lux as a striking architectural landmark and a contemporary example of nature-integrated high-rise design.
