The design proposal includes two 22-storey towers with commercial areas and public spaces, which will become a new point of attraction and the centre  pedestrian flow connecting Zhetysu Park and Triathlon Park, which is two main green areas of the city. Also, the towers have a spacious underground parking system for 330 parking lots.

The unique design of Iconic Towers inspired by the surrounding area. The design scheme preserves the consistency of architectural ensemble formed along Shalkyma Street and Akbulat-3 building estate.

The structure of the terraced zones brings architectural dynamics and elegance to the form of Iconic Towers. In addition to forming new pedestrian paths, the architecture provides picturesque views accessible for the residents.
