Iconic Towers is a bold and ambitious project by INK Architects that seeks to become a landmark building in Astana and a beautiful public space in the capital city. Located at the intersection of the two banks of the Ishim River, the Iconic Towers project will be a significant addition to the capital's skyline. The proposal includes two 22-story towers with commercial areas and public spaces that will act as a new point of attraction alongside the existing pedestrian flow connecting Zhetysu Park and Triathlon Park, the two main green areas of the city. To ensure convenience for visitors, Iconic Towers also feature a spacious underground parking system with 330 parking lots.

The surrounding area inspired the unique design of Iconic Towers. Its architecture has been designed to preserve the consistency of the architectural ensemble formed along Shalkyma Street and Akbulak-3 building estate. The cascading structure with terraces provides architectural dynamism and elegance to the form of the Iconic Towers. Moreover, the architects focused on enhancing the pedestrian experience by designing picturesque from different points and adding visual diversity to the street. Furthermore, the towers will be equipped with the latest technologies, energy-efficient materials, and intelligent building solutions to ensure a comfortable and sustainable environment. The project is expected to have a profound impact on the city's urban landscape and is set to become a symbol of modernity and progress.
