The design proposal is determined by the building's use. Inners spaces are flooded with natural light through floor-to-ceiling openings which create a comfortable working environment. Externally, the combination of glass and metal panels gives dynamics as well as elegance to the business center. The building has two main facades, a golden elegant modern style on the one hand and a strict bright neoclassic on the other, where each interacts with a different environment at its side giving depth to the building's envelope.
