The underlying concept is an expression of concentration and business activity. The different number of stories of the complex's facilities create a spatially calibrated rhythm of high-tech architecture. The peculiarity of the imaginative design lies in the use of texture through dissimilar materials: glass, steel, concrete and stone. As a result, the weightlessness of the transparent glass facades is emphasized by insertions in the form of point inclusions or linear framing of the plane by a dark (brown) shade of stone.
