NEBO is a modern architectural solution that seamlessly integrates urban comfort with nature. Located in Almaty on Mailin Street, this residential complex has been designed with a strong focus on the well-being of its residents. It features children’s playgrounds, commercial spaces, parking facilities, and safe recreational areas along the lakefront. Environmental considerations and sustainability were key aspects of the project, including green landscaping, the preservation of the lake’s natural shoreline, and the creation of a tranquil oasis. These elements contribute to a comfortable and harmonious living environment where urban convenience coexists with a thoughtful approach to nature.

The architectural concept fosters a sense of openness and fresh air, allowing residents to feel comfortable and connected to nature even outside their apartments. The client’s interest in a healthy lifestyle and a close connection to nature served as the inspiration for the project. NEBO is a space where health and nature are seamlessly integrated into everyday life.

Water plays a crucial role in the design, enhancing the sensory experience and interaction with the surrounding environment. To emphasize this idea, we incorporated panoramic glazing with energy-efficient glass units in the buildings. This allows residents to fully immerse themselves in the atmosphere of this harmonious space, creating unique visual and emotional impressions.

The structural design of the residential complex is based on a frame system, ensuring the reliability and safety of the buildings. Reinforced concrete elements are used in the load-bearing structures, providing strength and durability.

The finishing includes fiber cement panels for the exterior walls and a pre-finish interior, giving future homeowners the flexibility to personalize their living spaces according to their preferences.
