President’s Park is a contemporary low-rise residential complex located next to the First President’s Park and the Zhailjau Golf Club.

Its architecture creates a private, refined and harmonious living environment that integrates sensitively with the surrounding natural landscape. The design concept focuses on fluid architectural forms, expressive façade articulation and decorative details inspired by organic, nature-oriented motifs. Curved terraces, mosaic panels, diverse façade compositions and carefully modelled volumes give each building its own identity — no two façades are alike.

The material palette includes travertine, wood, bronze, decorative glazing and modern aluminium systems, forming a warm and sophisticated exterior expression.

Interior layouts are thoughtfully planned to ensure comfort for families and residents who value privacy and proximity to nature.

At the heart of the development stands a sculptural composition of galloping horses, symbolising freedom and referencing Kazakhstan’s cultural heritage.

Landscaped courtyards, fountains, quiet recreational areas and curated greenery create a premium suburban lifestyle within the urban context. Rooftop terraces and panoramic views strengthen the connection with the natural surroundings and offer a serene, highly comfortable residential environment.
