A high-altitude project featuring high-tech stylistic principles designed to fit organically into the already-developing architectural and urban planning spirit of the city of Astana. The streamlined round shapes are glass paneled, emphasizing the predominantly vertical orientation of the overall shape composition. Respectability and aristocratic restraint are preserved by the minimalist methods used in the fluid architectural image.
