Atlant is a major mixed-use residential development located on the Left Bank of Nur-Sultan, positioned in a prestigious district at the intersection of Sarayshyq Street, Kabanbay Batyr Avenue and Kunaev Street.

Occupying a 6.8-hectare site, the project consists of five plots with residential buildings ranging from 8 to 21 storeys.

The architectural concept aims to create a refined and expressive urban ensemble aligned with the scale and character of the district.

A monumental glass structure with an arched opening marks the main entrance, forming a symbolic “gateway” that leads into a central boulevard and four landscaped private courtyards.

The composition combines high-rise towers with mid-rise buildings, shaped by contemporary geometric principles and a clear façade structure.

A palette of multi-toned cladding panels, large glazed sections, asymmetrical recesses and dynamic depth variations gives the ensemble its distinctive architectural identity.

The mid-rise volumes feature calmer, more restrained façades, creating a balanced and cohesive visual rhythm.

The development includes commercial spaces, children’s and sports areas, green zones, rooftop amenity terraces and an underground parking structure.

Atlant delivers a comfortable, elegant and functional residential environment in one of the capital’s most prominent urban districts.
