4YOU transforms a former low-rise district into a vibrant, self-sufficient urban quarter in Almaty.

The masterplan divides the 7–17-storey development into four sectors with landscaped courtyards, promenades, a commercial centre and an interconnected system of pedestrian routes.

Architecturally, 4YOU reinterprets the spirit of Chicago’s historic verticality, combined with contemporary geometric detailing. Facades mix clinker brick, aluminium panels, natural stone and large glazing formats to create depth and expressiveness.
