The architectural image is dictated by the deep traditions preserved in the popular consciousness (Tengri - the nomadic universe, the cosmos, used by the people to orient themselves in space, organize their lives, and to which they addressed their prayers). At the same time, the architectural composition is aimed at presenting the ultimate symbolic expression of one of modernity’s main ideas: the idea of ​​a common home for all the peoples of the Great Steppe. The stylistic design uses a universal form, international in essence - the strict geometric vertical.
