Inspired by the elegance of Manhattan’s Central Park neighbourhoods, the architecture balances clean modern lines with subtle classical references. White stone, brick textures, refined vertical proportions and coloured metal accents create a light and harmonious visual identity.

Dara Residence is a multifunctional development positioned along the monumental axis of Astana, with panoramic views towards key landmarks such as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Bayterek Tower and the Botanical Garden.

The masterplan integrates six residential towers and a 9-storey business centre, framed by an active commercial perimeter and private landscaped courtyard. The architectural language is defined by disciplined symmetry, refined proportions and a restrained material palette combining limestone, aluminium panels and double-height glazing.

Landscape terraces with gardens, rooftop features and pedestrian connections transform the complex into an active, mixed-use district that reflects the evolving standards of contemporary urban living.
