The plasticity of the architectural facade presents a bionic theme, the combination of nonlinear, “floating” forms on the lower tiers and the hinged aluminum decor imitate the structure of a fish skeleton (a shark), on a high-rise tower made of glass, metal and concrete. The architectural composition presents a symbolic union of water, earth and sky; all harmoniously connected by the vertical tower, which unites all spheres of space.
