Acast is a future-forward creative district located along Al-Farabi Avenue, reimagined from a former high-tech concept into a vibrant cultural and innovation hub.

The project integrates business centres, residential areas, theatres and public squares, forming a dynamic urban ecosystem connected by the new Acast Park — part of Almaty’s green framework.

The masterplan respects the historic street grid and preserves existing oak alleys, while optimising topography to reduce excavation and enhance visual connections.

Acast is envisioned as a flexible environment for film production, design, visual arts, music, education and tourism, offering adaptable spaces that foster creativity and collaboration.

It becomes a significant landmark along Al-Farabi Avenue, linking the Esentai area, cultural institutions and the city’s natural corridors.
