The multifunctional residential complex Dara Residence includes a 9-story Business Center, with designated areas for commercial entities, surrounding the complex perimeter. This creates a comfortable and safe environment for residents and visitors on the property. The project features a two-level underground parking garage, 24/7 video surveillance, a closed courtyard inside the residential complex, and an automatic license plate recognition system for entry into the underground parking.

According to the authors' concept, the quarter is intended to be “active,” combining functions of commerce, a business center, and a residential sector, giving a new impetus to the entire quarter.
