The architectural appearance of a comfortable residential complex in Astana has been executed in the style of a modern interpretation of constructivism. The facades are extremely simple, with a row of windows included as a horizontal division of structures. With the minimalism of the compositional design, aristocratic restraint and monumental respectability were pursued in the architecture’s overall figurative expression. The residential complex features all modern smart-house technologies. This project received the International Award in Asia Pacific Property Awards.
