Union Pub is located on Al Farabi Street (AFC-Al Farabi Center) in Almaty’s Financial District, built by the Capital Partners Group.
The atmosphere of a unifying area between architectural spaces (the area between the two buildings) dictated not only the name, but also the overall artistic concept: "the territory of crossing paths" should be visually simple and minimalistic. This is a modern urban environment where remnants of the technology of recent times are prevalent.
The design is presented in an industrial chic style: concrete ceilings and walls are preserved; utilities are exposed; walls are decorated with rusted metal and artificially aged copper plates. The interior space features a bar dividing a harmonious seating area.
All light fixtures, finishing details, and interior pieces were designed by the author and custom-built in the factory. They have no analogues.
Within the interior of the VIP area, an exclusively designed fireplace provides an illusion of fire (vapor in the air is illuminated with yellow light).
