At the presentation, approximately 300 guests were the first to see a model of the project and were immersed in the unique atmosphere of 1930s New York. The hostesses in bright dresses and the installation workers, as if straight out of the iconic photograph "Lunch atop a Skyscraper," greeted guests at the front doors, making it clear that this was a Big Apple-themed evening. But why Almaty? The fact is that BI Group will soon be building a large-scale project in Kazakhstan's largest metropolis: the Central Avenue residential complex. Situated on Seifullin-Timiryazev Street and Al-Farabi Avenue, this will be housing of a new standard for Almaty and boasting a new architecture. The complex will consist of 878 apartments, including 144 one-bedroom apartments, 302 two-bedroom apartments, 350 three-bedroom apartments, 54 four-bedroom apartments, and three penthouses.
Amangeldy Omarov, Chairman of the Board of BI Development, noted that the developer has the experience and qualifications to bring a new vision and quality to Almaty's established architectural traditions: "The company has been in the real estate market for 22 years, having built over three million square meters in Almaty and Astana. We place a strong emphasis on three-level quality control and, of course, seismic standards. Central Avenue is a new business-class project, setting new standards that meet the demands of the modern era."

The project's chief architect, Nurlan Kamitov, described the architectural features of the project: "The architecture of Central Avenue is an interpretation of the American, or more precisely, Chicago school of architecture, characterized by rationalism. There is no excessive decoration; everything is functional, and the aesthetic qualities of the volumes are achieved by dividing the facades with linear rhythms, or rather, unique steps. In our interpretation, we also used a noble white color, emphasizing the aristocratic figurative expression."
