A construction company will offer Almaty residents a new standard of housing. Sales are expected to open at the end of October at the Central Avenue residential complex in the most dynamic district of the southern capital. Central Avenue is a little piece of New York in Almaty. A complex like this has never been seen here before.

The complex's unique architectural appearance will attract people who value time and prefer to live in the heart of the metropolis and innovation, yet in harmony with the landscape.
The project's chief architect, Nurlan Kamitov, explains: "The Central Avenue project, like a classic work of art, will never go out of style. Such masterpieces are collected and auctioned."

The architectural design reflects Almaty's natural beauty and its unique mountain landscape—this is reflected even in the buildings' varying heights, from 12 to 21 stories, in the tiered volumes of the buildings, and in the reliefs of the protruding façade details and bay windows. Echoes of zoomorphic decorative motifs convey the image of the leopard, the master of the mountains.
Central Avenue enjoys a convenient location at the intersection of the city's busy thoroughfares—Seifullin Street and Al-Farabi Avenue. 878 apartments and three penthouses will comprise 13 residential blocks. Residents will enjoy a modern lifestyle thanks to the surrounding infrastructure—the Almaty Financial Center, Esentai Mall, Forum Almaty Shopping Center, and Republic Square.

The complex will be truly innovative, featuring reliable security systems, CCTV cameras, access control, motion sensors, and a courtyard gated to vehicles. A smart home system will allow apartment management via smartphone.
"We were inspired by the latest landscape design trends and brought our boldest ideas to life. Central Avenue will not be pretentious, but rather cozy," noted Roman Shnaiderman, the landscape project's architect.

The development concept aims to create a balance between spaces for quiet relaxation and areas for active leisure. The central alley will be the focal point, connecting various functional spaces: children's playgrounds, a sports area, an open amphitheater, and relaxation areas. The amphitheater with a dry fountain is a unique feature of the project. This division was designed to take into account the interests and needs of residents of different ages and lifestyles.
And, perhaps one of the most important advantages is the magnificent views from every floor of the rapidly developing city and the majestic Trans-Ili Alatau mountains.
