BI Group has begun construction on the premium residential complex President's Park in a prestigious area of the southern capital. The building will be located in close proximity to the park named after the first president of Kazakhstan and the Zhailau Golf Club, a location that will undoubtedly be appreciated by outdoor enthusiasts.
What makes this residential complex truly elite is its exclusive location on the only remaining island in the Miras microdistrict.
"This premium project consists of three phases, with a total of 170 apartments. Also noteworthy are panoramic windows, 3.2-meter-high ceilings, three-story buildings, and underground parking for 296 cars. For customer convenience, there will be two to three apartments per floor. The project also includes penthouses, so their owners will be able to fully enjoy the beauty of the mountains," noted Shamil Galiev, BI Group Project Development Manager.

The windows of President's Park offer stunning views of the Zailiyskiy Alatau peaks. Ground-floor apartment owners have private terraces where they can gather with family or spend evenings with friends.
The project's engineering solutions are based on many innovations. The residential complex utilizes energy-saving wall and window insulation technologies. Electronic locks and IP intercom ensure security. Each apartment is equipped with a smart home system, including 24-hour video surveillance throughout the entire perimeter.

The project was developed by INK Architects, the country's largest architectural firm, under the leadership of its founder, Nurlan Kamitov.
"The picturesque mountain landscape and national character inspired the conceptual design of the President's Park residential complex. Particular attention was paid to the aesthetics of the buildings' architectural form. We meticulously designed the details, ensuring residents' comfort: convenient apartment layouts, underground parking, a walkable roof, courtyard areas with playgrounds, sports fields, and recreation areas," said Nurlan Kamitov.

A custom landscape and lobby design was developed for the residential complex. It also features its own symbolism: horses.
"Our project evokes nostalgia for the ancient world of our ancestors, expressed in a sculptural composition. The horses running against the backdrop of the mountains in the center of the residential complex not only embody the element of freedom but also reflect a direct connection to the history and culture of our people," the architect added.

President's Park offers a peaceful and comfortable lifestyle. Within walking distance are the Miras International School, the Bobek Center, the Alatau Health and Wellness Complex, and the Private Clinic Almaty.
