A business center as a self-contained universe - this is the conceptual basis of the project. Nonlinear architecture inspires the flexible form of a high-rise building on a rectangular platform. It presents a bionic design with a slight, smooth floor displacement of the areas around the building’s main axis and a terraced type of finish on the upper tiers. The glass facade, the metal frame, the blinds throughout the entire volume of the skyscraper along with the emphasis of floor divisions’ horizontal lines are all used in service of the building’s architectural and artistic interpretation.
